Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using Spex ID Topup Center. Our catalogue is limited to digital Free Fire products (for example Free Fire Diamonds).
Welcome to Spex ID Topup Center ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to our website and services. We supply digital products for Free Fire, including Free Fire Diamonds as a typical example. By using the platform or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you disagree, you must stop using our services.
Section 01
User accounts & responsibilities
You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to keep your profile information accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login details and for every activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
We may require verification steps to protect accounts, payments, and delivery records.
Section 02
Digital goods & delivery
We sell digital products only. Our primary catalogue item is in-game currency for Free Fire; Free Fire Diamonds are the clearest example of what you are purchasing.
Delivery is automated where possible and is typically completed shortly after we confirm payment, subject to publisher systems and maintenance windows.
Once digital value is credited to the Player ID you entered, that fulfilment is complete from our side and cannot be recalled through us.
Critical — Player ID (UID) accuracy
- You are solely responsible for entering the correct Free Fire Player ID.
- Our systems deliver to the exact UID submitted. We are not liable for loss arising from incorrect IDs, including typos or confusion between accounts.
Section 03
Payments & billing
Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Taxes or processor fees may apply depending on the payment channel you choose.
By paying, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the transaction details you provide are truthful.
For digital goods, your purchase becomes final and irreversible from our perspective once the digital product has been successfully delivered to the UID you supplied.
Accepted methods can include bank transfer, Binance Pay, Ez Cash, and any other options we display at checkout. Availability may change over time.
Section 04
Age requirement & payment authorisation
You must be at least 18 years old to place orders or maintain an account, unless a parent or legal guardian provides informed consent and supervises the use of our services on your behalf.
By completing a payment, you confirm that the payment method belongs to you or that you have explicit permission from the rightful owner, and that you accept full legal and financial responsibility for the transaction.
Section 05
Parental responsibility & minors
Online games can appeal to younger audiences, but purchases on our platform involve real money. Any payment must be explicitly authorised by an adult who understands what is being bought.
If a minor uses a card, wallet, or bank access without permission, the adult account holder remains responsible for resolving the situation with their financial institution. We cannot reverse delivered digital value in those circumstances.
Parents & guardians — please read
- Free Fire Diamonds and similar digital items are delivered quickly and cannot be “pulled back” after crediting.
- Keep payment credentials private and use parental controls where your device or bank allows.
- We do not guarantee refunds for unauthorised minor spending; see our Refund Policy for the narrow technical exception.
- If you see unexpected charges, contact your bank or wallet provider immediately.
Section 06
Refund policy (summary)
Digital sales are generally final because fulfilment is automated and immediate. A refund may be considered only in the limited case where our systems fail to credit a valid, correctly entered UID due to a verified fault on our side.
Wrong UID, wrong package choice, buyer’s remorse, publisher sanctions, or third-party payment disputes outside our control are not grounds for refund through us once delivery has occurred.
The full, binding version of this topic lives on our dedicated Refund Policy page.
Section 07
Chargebacks & fraud prevention
We treat unjustified payment reversals after successful delivery as a serious breach. Where digital goods were delivered in good faith to the UID you provided, we will dispute chargebacks and supply supporting evidence such as order logs and delivery confirmations when permitted by law and our processors.
Fraudulent chargebacks can lead to permanent suspension of your account and referral to law enforcement or civil remedies where appropriate.
Zero tolerance for abusive payment disputes
Raising a bank dispute solely to recover delivered digital value, or misrepresenting delivery status, undermines honest commerce and may have legal consequences.
Section 08
Stolen credentials, theft & unauthorised payments
We take misuse of payment instruments seriously. Using lost, stolen, cloned, or otherwise compromised accounts to fund purchases may constitute offences under applicable law.
If you believe your payment method was used on our site without consent, contact your bank or wallet provider immediately and follow their dispute process. You may also report suspected cybercrime to the authorities in your jurisdiction.
If payment access was not yours
- We may preserve technical records to assist investigations.
- Accounts used with stolen payment sources may be banned and reported consistent with law.
Section 09
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
Examples (non-exhaustive)
- Using stolen, misappropriated, or deceptive payment methods.
- Making false non-delivery claims or fabricating disputes after successful fulfilment.
- Attempting to compromise our systems, scrape sensitive data, or impersonate other users.
- Using our marketplace for unlawful activity.
Section 10
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or close accounts without prior notice where we reasonably believe these Terms were breached, including fraud, abusive chargebacks, or security risk.
When access ends, your licence to use the relevant features stops immediately except for obligations that naturally survive (such as payment of amounts legitimately owed).
Section 11
Disclaimer of warranties
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that every order will succeed on the first attempt where third-party networks intervene.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed except where non-waivable rights apply in your jurisdiction.
Section 12
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send the dispute elsewhere.
You agree that courts located in Sri Lanka have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
Section 13
Branding, content & third-party marks
The Spex ID Topup Center name, logos, layout, and original text on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission except as allowed by law for personal reference.
Free Fire and related marks belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to use those marks.
A short independence notice about trademarks also appears below the site footer in multiple languages for visibility.
